This Privacy Policy explains how Locke Agency ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares
information when you visit our website, request access, become a client, or interact with
websites we operate for our clients. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to
run our services, and we do not sell your personal information.
01 // INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details, submitted through our request-access form, onboarding/intake forms, or direct contact.
Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details.
Automatically collected — basic technical and usage data such as IP address, approximate location, browser/device type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site.
Lead information (for client sites) — when a visitor submits a contact form on a website we operate for a client, we process that submission (name, phone, email, message) on that client's behalf and route it to them.
02 // HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To provide, operate, and improve our services (websites, Google Business Profile management, and advertising management).
To communicate with you about your account, projects, billing, and support.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
03 // HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
Stripe — payment processing and billing.
Google — Google Business Profile and advertising services performed on a client's behalf.
Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and infrastructure.
Our clients — lead submissions from a client's website are shared with that client.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
04 // DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal,
accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable
administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure.
05 // YOUR CHOICES
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by
contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link
or by emailing us.
06 // CHILDREN
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
07 // CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
